On December 30, 2013, Mrs. Duong Thi Tuyen, member of Standing Committee of provincial Party Committee cum Deputy Chairman of provincial People’s Committee hosted and worked with delegates of Korea Trade Promotion Agency led by Mr. Lee Kyu Seon, General Director of KOTRA, in order to exchange on cooperation opportunities in 2014 and KOTRA, offered 200 sets of children’s story books. Attending the meeting included the leaders of Department and Agencies: Foreign Affairs, Education and Training; Labor Invalids and Social Affairs; Culture, Sport and Tourism; Office of provincial People’s Committee.

On December 06, 2013, in Hanoi, Department of Trade Promotion – Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted training program with the theme “investment promotion skills improvement from European market”. The course has attracted about 40 units and enterprises from 10 provinces in the nationwide, including Vinh Phuc province. The training program is consistent with the requirements to improve investment promotion skills for staff, civil servant and public servant of Vinh Phuc Investment Promotion Agency, thus the Agency has appointed a number of officials attended this training program.

In the series of events celebrating 40 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam – Japan on September 23, 2013 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction hold a conference on Vietnam – Japan investment economic cooperation in 2013.
