Mrs. Duong Thi Tuyen Deputy Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee hosted and worked with delegation of USA Embassy in Vietnam

At the meeting, Mrs. Duong Thi Tuyen has brief introduction to delegation about geographical location, potential and strength of the province, as well as the expectation is expanded  the partnership relation in the various fields especially direct investment and socio economic development  in which English training for the officers and civil servants and employees in the province in order to meet the requirements  and tasks during the international integration between the USA Embassy in Vietnam and Vinh Phuc province.

Mr. Terry White counsolor of USA Embassy express his pleasure for good relations between U.S. Embassy in Vietnam and Vinh Phuc province. In the recent time, The U.S. Embassy in Vietnam had supported some activities  about the teaching and cultural exchange with Vinh Phuc province, such as the appointment of two teachers participated in teaching English in the College of Vinh Phuc, and a number  of other comercial activities. During this visit, The U.S. Embassy  in Vietnam has plans to support and repair a number of cultural monuments and historiscal site in the Vinh Phuc province ( Cam Gia pegode  relic in An Tuong commune)from  the Fund for Cultural Preservation of the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam. Besides, Mr. Counsolor has also recommends the province Plans to build a program “ American Space ” in the one of Schools in the province. “American Space” is the place to  provide the documents related to people and American country and also is the space for the people who want to learn English and practice communicating in English with the native speakers.

On behalf of  provincial leaders, Mrs. Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee welcomed the requirement  plan from USA Embassy and given authorities for Education and Trainning Department in collaboration with the Foreign Affairs Department suggested the places to perform the programs.

In the afternoon , the delegation  visited and introduced a schoolship program of U.S. Ministry of Foreign Affairs  at the Vinh Phuc State High School./.
