Business Establishment

The sequence and procedures for registering a business through the electronic information network using a digital signature and a Business Registration Account, as stipulated in Articles 44 and 45 of Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP, are generally carried out as follows:

The applicant submits the declaration of information, uploads electronic documents, digitally signs the application documents for business registration through the electronic information network, and pays the registration fees and charges according to the process on the National Business Registration Portal. Specifically:

– For the applicant using a digital signature: digitally sign the application documents using a digital signature.

– For the applicant using a Business Registration Account: digitally sign the application documents

using a Business Registration Account.

After completing the submission of the business registration application, the applicant will receive an electronic receipt of the application through the electronic information network.

In case the application does not meet the requirements for business registration, the Business Registration Office will send a notification through the electronic information network to request the applicant to make amendments or supplements to the application.

In case the application meets the requirements for business registration, the Business Registration Office will proceed with the business registration and notify the applicant of the granted business registration certificate.
