Implement plans on foreign investment promotion in 2014, Vinh Phuc delegates led by Mr. Pham Van Vong – Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, has organized several of investment promotion activities and pay a courtesy visit to Korea and Japan in April, 2014.
