On March 15th, 2015, Vinh Phuc province’s investment promotion delegation led by Mr. Phung Quang Hung – Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee and also presented by Mr. Nguyen Van Tri – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party, Vice chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Council; Mr. Phung Sy Tan – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party, Commander of the Provincial Military and some of the provincial department leaders arrived in Japan – the first destination of the three – country business trip (Japan, Korea and Singapore).

On February 25, 2015, Vinh Phuc Industrial zone and Management Board has granted the Investment certificate to set up Vina INM Co.,Ltd for investor of Innovative New Materials Limited (Seychelles Republic) to implement the packaging materials Outsourcing Project, tape, stick products, PET film, protective film, electronic auxiliary materials, automotive accessories. Total registered investment capital was US $3 million at the location of Binh Xuyen II industrial zone, the investor leased available standard factory from Fuchuan Co.,ltd., in Binh Xuyen district of Vinh Phuc province; Land area is expected to use : 4835.56 m2

On February 5, 2015 at the headquarter of Vinh Phuc People’s Council and People’s Committee, the delegation of Foreign Investment Agency (FIA) and Northern Investment Promotion Center led by Mr. Nguyen Ba Cuong, Deputy Head Agency has a meeting in Vinh Phuc province. To host and work with the delegation includes Mr. Nguyen Tien Hanh, Deputy Head Office of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee, Director of Vinh Phuc Investment Promotion Agency; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai Deputy Director of Department of Planning and Investment; and Industrial zones and Management Board and specialized division of IPA Vinh Phuc.

Even in the early days of New Year 2015, there were a number of foreigner investors to study and learn investment environmental and opportunities in Vinh Phuc, especially from Korea, Japan. Most of them were interesting in the field of manufacturing of electronic component assembly production, supporting industry for automobile, motorcycles, engineering, and fabrication.

In 2014 is considered the year of investment promotion attraction, project attraction results of FDI and DDI was highest invested in Vinh Phuc province in five years.
