Continuing the investment promotion program in Japan, in the afternoon on 18 April 2013, Vinh Phuc’s Investment Promotion Delegation led by Mr. Ha Hoa Binh – Member of the Provincial Standing Committee cum Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee visited and worked with the government of Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Mr. Etsuo Ogawa – Deputy Mayor and the leaders of Aichi’s organizations, including: Department of Labor and Industry, Department of Trade and Investment, warmly welcomed the Delegation.

In the implementation of the program to promote investment in Japan, Vinh Phuc Delegation held a seminar in Hiroshima Prefecture in the afternoon of 26 April 2013. Hiroshima has an area of 8,478 km2 and a population of 2,849 thousand people which is the 12th most populous province of 47 provinces in Japan. Hiroshima is not only a thriving industrial and service prefecture but has highly developed agriculture and fishery thanks to rich natural forests and sea. This is also the headquarters of Mazda Automobile Manufacturing Group and almost of its membership enterprises.

On the morning of 16 May 2013, at the office of People’s Council-Committee, Mr. Phung Quang Hung – Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of People’s Committee cum Head of Investment Promotion Steering Committee, welcomed the working visit of delegates, including cadres and businessmen from Akita Prefecture, Japan to explore investment climate of Vinh Phuc province. A number of leaders of the provincial departments and agencies were participated in this meeting as well.
