On the afternoon of April 23, 2014, at the Headquarter of Hiratsuka Bank, Yokohama city – Japan, the Vinh Phuc mission held a seminar on investment promotion. This workshop attracted nearly 70 organizations and Japanese enterprises to attend. Vietnam embassy in Japan has sent Mr. Nguyen Gia Liem – Counselor (Department of labour) attended and spoken at the conference.
