On the morning of July 7, 2015 at Head office of provincial People’s Coucil and People’s Committee, Mr. Vu Chi Giang –Provincial Commissioner – Deputy Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee had a working sesion with delegates of BPA and SACYR Group – Spain led by Mr. Radjou Dupont – Chairman of Board of Director, General Director of BPA Group come to learn on the possibility of investment in waste treatment and public lighting in the Province.
