BPA Asia Group and SACYR Group (Spain) learning investment opportunities in Vinh Phuc province.

With over 30 year of experience in investment and providing solid waste solution treament, Spain BPA ASIA Group had built 58 facilities in which 41 basis operating in many countries in the world. Operating under the processing line, waste is sorted and processed to reduce the amount of rubbish sent to landfill, then sorting garbage (organic, inorganic, solid …) to recycle and reduce carbon emissions.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Radjou Dupont confirmed: “with the mordern and advanced techonology, Spain BPA Group has successed in waste and water treatment in several countries around the world.” This process technology not only creates great economic value to the local, but also helps protect the environment. Especially, with burial multistage system, garbage will be graded to produce gas and organic fertilizers; lighting, partially processed garbage will produce asphalt “. Exploiting the potential from waste sources, investors will give 100% capital, when making profits will contribute to the provincial budget. He also pledged to recover the capital after 5-6 years.

After payback, investors would hand over the technology, infrastructure for Vinh Phuc managing and operating. This makes a big difference compared to previously Group. BPA Group Chairman Radjou Dupont expected to province will create favorable conditions for the two Group invested in two projects in the province: the first project build waste treatment plant in Vinh Phuc province, with an area 20 – 25ha waste disposal capacity of the project reached up 800-1000 tonnes per day and night for a total investment of $ 50 million to $ 80 million, depending on the amount of garbage in the province, progress treatment will be raised gradually. The second project is that the Group will invest in replacing the entire system of new Led light bulbs and equipment system and conductors reduces power losses from the source to the bulb. After the investment, the Group is committed to reducing 40% power, profit gained from the power reduction will be deducted from the initial investment, have shared with the provincial budget, after 3 years will reimburse the capital thanks to power-saving technologies.

Deputy Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee Vu Chi Giang appreciated waste treatment technology and power-saving solutions which will be conducted under a build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract. Forms of investment are consistent with the actual situation of the province, Vice Chairman said that garbage problem in Vinh Phuc is urgent, not only in is urban but also in rural areas, temporary treatment methods, not radical buried and burned. Last time, the province strives to seek potential investors to invest in advanced technology to help provinces thoroughly treat waste issues. He also said that recently many investors want to invest in construction of waste treatment projects in Vinh Phuc, however due to high budget requirement and inappropriate processing solution makes the real current difficulties. Vice Chairman emphasizes: the way to approach problems and solutions of the two Groups launched with high feasibility, Vinh Phuc province will create the best conditions for Group investing soon in the province.

After the meeting, the provincial authorities and Urban Service and Enviroment Joint Stock Company in Vinh Yen take delegates seeing sight in garbage of Nui Bong and temporary dumping ground in Khai Quang Industrial park. Before leaving Vinh Phuc, Radjou Dupont noted that some experts will come to Vinh Phuc to make the practical survey in the August, 2015./.
