In the first 9 months of 2015, 21 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects is registered under investment certificates or business registration certificates, with registered capital of US$ 171.36 million, equivalent to 61.76% of the total of projects and 72.83% of the investment capital in the same period of 2014.
The disbursement FDI capital in the first 9th months of 2015 reaches to US$ 213.95 million, increasing 25.8% YOY.

On October 6th, 2015, Vinh Phuc Industrial Zones Management Board granted investment registration certificate (IRC) for New Flex Technology Co., Ltd. (Investor) to implement the project of New Flex Technology Vina Plant. Purpose of the project: producing and processing of electronic circuit board (PCB) and parts of electronic board; registered investment capital of US$ 5,000,000; used land area of 12,015 m2; location at Ba Thien Industrial Park II, Binh Xuyen Dist., Vinh Phuc Province. It is granted within a day after submitting a valid dossier, 14 days earlier than regulations.

On February 25, 2015, Vinh Phuc Industrial zone and Management Board has granted the Investment certificate to set up Vina INM Co.,Ltd for investor of Innovative New Materials Limited (Seychelles Republic) to implement the packaging materials Outsourcing Project, tape, stick products, PET film, protective film, electronic auxiliary materials, automotive accessories. Total registered investment capital was US $3 million at the location of Binh Xuyen II industrial zone, the investor leased available standard factory from Fuchuan Co.,ltd., in Binh Xuyen district of Vinh Phuc province; Land area is expected to use : 4835.56 m2
