Skilled workforce

The vocational education system includes: 03 universities; 07 colleges; 03 intermediate vocational schools; 12 vocational education centers; 07 vocational education centers – continuing education; and 04 other vocational education institutions.

The average number of graduates per year: Over 16,000 people graduate from intermediate vocational schools and colleges; over 4,000 people graduate from universities.

The proportion of trained labor and certification training increases annually. In 2022, the proportion of trained labor is over 76%. On average, over 20,000 workers are employed each year.

Businesses in the province employs over 210,000 workers, including more than 160,000 local workers and more than 50,000 workers from other provinces. Due to its convenient geographical location and being a gateway between the Northwest provinces and the capital city of Hanoi, Vinh Phuc can easily attract high-quality labor resources from Hanoi as well as other provinces in the Northern region.
