Electronic one-stop administrative procedures

With the goal of transparency, accountability, and putting people and businesses at the center of services, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Public Administration Service Center connects and provides information on administrative procedures and online public services. The Center supports the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of administrative procedure settlement and online public services, as well as receiving and processing feedback and recommendations from individuals and organizations within the province.

Investors submit their documents at the Center and receive the results of administrative procedure settlement for investment with a reduced processing time of 1/3 to 1/2 compared to the general regulations of Vietnamese law.
