Resolution No. 12/NQ-TW of the 16th Provincial Party Executive Committee of Vinh Phuc on raising income and welfare of the people of Vinh Phuc by 2025 with a vision to 2030 has set the following objectives: Ensure sustainable employment for the majority of the population, and equal access to and enjoyment of social services in healthcare, education, and training. Specifically, the bed-to-population ratio should reach 40 beds per 10,000 people, and the average life expectancy of the population should reach 75 years. In the healthcare sector, Resolution No. 12 of the Provincial Party Committee of Vinh Phuc requires investment in improving the quality of the healthcare system to enhance the quality of medical examination and treatment and meet the healthcare needs of the people.

The goal is to develop tourism as a key economic sector of the province, maximizing its potential and advantages while improving the awareness and quality of life for the people. This also presents an opportunity for the healthcare sector to invest in high-tech services to meet the healthcare needs of tourists, and at the same time, to collaborate with the tourism industry to promote resort services and enhance healthcare in the future.
