Commercial Centers

Commercial activities, goods circulation, and distribution of main products in the province are concentrated in four areas:

(1) The central area of the province, including Vinh Yen city and its surrounding areas.

(2) The industrial area in Binh Xuyen district, ICD dry port.

(3) Phuc Yen city.

(4) Vinh Tuong wholesale market.

The development of commercial service centers, goods circulation, and product distribution in district and inter-district areas within the province is mainly located in central urban areas, key trading gateways along major commercial corridors, and in some concentrated industrial and commercial areas. Development distribution for areas, including:

Commercial and Financial Center of Vinh Yen city: Developing into a trading and transshipment center for goods flow to districts and inter-district areas within the province by road transportation, focusing on financial centers, transaction offices, representative offices, and supporting commercial and service facilities for tourism and industry.

Commercial and Service Center of Phuc Yen city: Constructing commercial centers, offices, services, and transportation facilities to serve industry, resort tourism, conference tourism, and shopping.

Commercial and Service Center of Binh Xuyen district: Being a major commercial and logistics service center for provincial and regional goods transshipment, integrated into the intelligent ASEAN logistics network.

Commercial and Service Center of Vinh Tuong district: with the main focus on the Tho Tang wholesale market: a commercial and service center for agricultural and forestry products and other goods, serving as the main wholesale market in the province and the Northern mountainous region.
