Vietnam also possesses advantageous factors to enhance its position in the global semiconductor supply chain, particularly in terms of geographical location and close relationships with semiconductor powerhouses such as the United States, South Korea, and Japan.

Vietnam in general and Vinh Phuc in particular is developing specific policies and solutions, along with supportive mechanisms, to leverage all resources in attracting investments, fostering partnerships, and facilitating participation in various production stages of semiconductor industry. Additionally, plans are being formulated to develop a skilled talent pool in the semiconductor field.
