In the morning of 19/10, on the occasion of Japanese Prime Minister’s vistit to Viet Nam, within the framework of the document exchange ceremony among ministries, branches, localities and enterprises of the two countries, on behalf of Vinh Phuc province, Deputy Secretary, Standing Vice Chairman Le Duy Thanh granted the Investment Certificate to Mr. Hiroyuki Suzuki, General Director of Toto Viet Nam Company Limited. The ceremony was witnessed by Japanese Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide and Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
