Advanced training program on International integration

This year’s program marked many content innovations which are important issues and outstanding foreign activities of the country such as: Upcoming XIII Party Congress; Vietnam in the role of ASEAN President and a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council; Opportunities and challenges when joining trade agreements CPTPP, EVFTA and RCEP; International context in the time of Covid-19; Directions and policies of Vietnam on new East Sea issues; multimedia in the digital age.

During the course, many topics were shared to the trainees. Particularly, in the context of upcoming XIII Congress of the Party, an important political event of the country, in order to review the implementation of the Party’s policies in the past 5-10 years and set out the directions in all fields in the coming time, Professor – Ph.D – Meritorious Teacher Phung Huu Phu, Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Chairman of the Science Council The Central Party agencies has given many open views about some key new points in the documents of the Party Congress, showing new changes and expectations, especially for the diplomatic sector in particular.

The program is a combination of knowledge and skill topics, in the form of talks, presentations and experience shares. The practical experiences of speakers and trainers serve as the basis for Vinh Phuc province in particular and other localities in general to generate solutions to enhance capacity for international integration and new agreement implementation.

This is the third year Vinh Phuc province has participated in the training program as a satellite locality. 04/04 provincial members were granted training certificates.
