Shortening time for settling land-related administrative procedures
On the morning of December 2nd, the provincial People’s Committee held a training course on online payment of financial obligations in the implementation of land-related administrative procedures for households and individuals. Participants were officials and employees of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial Tax Department, Offices and Branches of Land Registration Offices, Tax Departments, Natural Resources and Environment divisions of districts, cities and the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
Payment of financial obligations is one step in implementing land-related administrative procedures. In the past, civil servants and employees working in land-related agencies sector had to submit their documents directly to the tax authorities for tax payment notices which were then handed to citizens and demanded for financial obligation fulfillment. Therefore, the implementation of the above application will help to remove the intermediate steps, shorten time to settle administrative procedures on land and create favorable conditions for households and people.
At the training session, the trainees were introduced about the process of online payment of financial obligations in implementing land administrative procedures for households and individuals on the National Public Service Portal; shared about content, operations and coordination mechanism for local land management agencies and tax agencies in the implementation of online payment of financial obligations in implementing land-related administrative procedures.
Vinh Phuc has recently been one of the first four provinces in which the Government Office in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has implemented a test of connecting and integrating the provincial electronic one-door system with The National Public Service Portal and organized the implementation to local land management agencies to pay obligations of land administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal, immediately applicable to households, individuals – those who generate the most records and have the most frustration in order to make a basis on nationwide implementation. This service will be announced at the time of the one-year operation review of the National Public Service Portal by Prime Minister.
