Experience exchange and learning between IPESA Quang Nam and IPA Vinh Phuc

Quang Nam’s delegation includes Mr. Vo Van Hung – Deputy director of IPESA Quang Nam, Mr. Nguyen Huu Sang – Director of Quang Nam’s Department of Home Affairs and a number of cadres and government officials of IPESA and Department of Home Affairs of Quang Nam.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Hanh – Deputy Chief of Office of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee, Director of IPA Vinh Phuc; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chinh – Vice director of Vinh Phuc’s Department of Home Affairs and number of cadres and government officials of IPA and Department of Home Affairs of Vinh Phuc received and worked with Quang Nam’s delegation.

In the working session, the two sides discussed and exchanged experiences of the establishment of organizational apparatus; financial and salary mechanism for cadres and government officials; procedures of receiving, solving administrative formalities in investment under the one-top service; statutes on coordination among relevant branches, localities; experiences of organizing investment promotion activities.

IPESA Quang Nam, an agency under Quang Nam People’s Committee, has had a lot of experiences of investment promotion since being established in 2009. Remarkably, IPESA Quang Nam has acted as a counselor for Provincial People’s Committee to issue decisions such as provisions on orders, administrative formalities in implementing investment projects; commitments on the progress and implementation of investment projects in Quang Nam. These valuable experiences should be replicated in Vinh Phuc province. After the working session, Quang Nam’s delegation visited Snake trade village in Vinh Son Commune, Vinh Tuong district.

This is the first time IPESA Quang Nam has visited and worked with IPA Vinh Phuc. Despite the limited time, the delegation’s business trip was completely successful, which contributes to enhance the relation of investment promotion between the two provinces in general and between IPESA Quang Nam and IPA Vinh Phuc in particular./.
