Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Commitee Le Duy Thanh works with Japanese Ambassador to Viet Nam

Thanked HE. Ambassador for his working time with Vinh Phuc province, to give an overview about the province’s environment investment, Chairman Le Duy Thanh said: Vinh Phuc currently has 19 industrial parks, 500 hectares of land clearance, ready to welcome the foreign investors, esspecially Japanese investors. Coupled with that is the hope for the assistance from Japan to Vinh Phuc for the development of industry and high-tech argiculture; cooperation in services and tourism development; high-quality human resources training; attracting investment projects to develop the field of education and training; improving the quality of the contingent of cadres and civil servants, enhancing the public administration; sharing experiences in public investment; developing public transport to reduce traffic congestion and environmental pollution. Chairman Le Duy Thanh looked forward that Mr Ambassador could connect some Japanese localities have similarities with Vinh Phuc to cooperate and elevate the relationship. Chairman Le Duy Thanh invited HE. Ambassador to pay a working visit to Vinh Phuc in the shortest time.

Ambassador Yamado Takio highly appreciate Vinh Phuc’s socio-economic development, investment environment as well as the potential for industrial, agricutural, tourism development. He also affirms that he will be the brige for Japanese enterprises to research, assist, cooperate, and invest in Vinh Phuc in the preferable sectors that province calling for investment, including industry, high-tech agriculture; human resource training, tourism. Ambassador Yamada Takio will arrange time to pay a working visit to Vinh Phuc as soon as possible.

In the framework of Meet Japan 2020, the contents including exchange of investment cooperation on trade, agriculture, digital transformation and smart cities; cooperation in human resources and education are taken place. Chairman Le Duy Thanh and leaders of Departments, Agencies worked with Japanese managers, investors and enterprise, thereby introducing the potentials, advantages and opportunities to invest in Vinh Phuc; finding the solution, responding the demand of connection between Japanese enterprises and local enterprises; attracting Japanese investors to invest in Vinh Phuc. Affirming the determination of pronvincial leaders focusing on promting and creating a breakthrough in attracting investment, striving to realize the goal by 2025, Vinh Phuc will become the center of industry, service and tourism of the region and country.
