Resolved time and procedure
Total time (working day) does not exceed 15 days, as follows:
a) IPA shall receive application files and check their validity in compliance with the law, transfer them to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for settlement within 01 working day.
b) The Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall receive, appraise the transferred application files and transfer them along with information relating thereto to the Department of Finance for determining land lease rates and water surface lease rates (if any) within 13 working days.
Department of Finance is responsible for determining land lease rates and water surface lease rates and send the results to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the provincial Department of Taxation within 08 working days from the date of receipt of documents from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Within 03 working days after receiving notice on land and water surface lease rates from the Department of Finance, Departement of Natural Resources and Environment drafts contract and coordinate with IPA to inform the Investors of receiving such notice at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and enterring into land lease contract.
The results shall be deliveried to the Investors at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and sent to IPA for filing and implementing.
