The delegation of Foreign Investment Agency and Northern Investment Promotion Center worked in Vinh Phuc province

The main contents of the meeting aim to discuss the investment promotion program in 2015 of Vinh Phuc province and FIA learn more the business production process of FDI enterprise in the locality.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hanh has reported the investment promotion results in 2014 of the province. In 2014 Vinh Phuc province has attracted 45 FDI projects with the total registered investment capital 417,6 USD million, up 95,6% on the project and increasing 25,6 % of registered capital compared with the year of 2013. This is a year with highest numerous of FDI projects stared to operate with 31 projects. Until now, the province has total 184 FDI projects with the total registered investment capital of US $ 3107 million. In the last time, Vinh Phuc has successfully organized many investment promotion trips, in addition to the traditional markets of East Asia like South Korea and Japan Vinh Phuc province has also focused on the potential market as the countries in the Europe, the USA, the Africa and the Australia. This is also the industrialized countries, development services, with the great potential in terms of capital, technology, and many large and multinational corporations. In coming time in addition to attract the  processing industry project, manufacturing, provincial investment attraction orientation interest in the field of tourism, transport Logistic, health, education, urban development, high-tech agriculture production.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai has reported on investment promotion program of Vinh Phuc Province in 2015 under the guidance of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and Decision No. 03/2014 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. Under the program, in 2015, Vinh Phuc will comply with all contents prescribed investment promotion activities; attaches great importance to improve the investment environment, focusing on investment promotion in place; reform of the administrative procedures for investment; focusing on investors support, solve the difficulties of the investors in the process of the project implementation; promoting the disbursement of the project; enhancement, innovation, improving investment promotional operational efficiency, investment promotion associated to the promotion of trade and tourism.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Ba Cuong appreciates investment promotional results in 2014 and agreement with the investment promotional program of the province in 2015. The strictly implementation of Decision No 03/2014 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister not only contribute to improving the effectiveness of state management of investment promotion but also increasing investment attraction operational efficiency to promote social economic  of local  is growing well. According to the statistics of FIA, in recent years the trend of Korean invested in Vietnam is very strong, the provinces should take advantage of the opportunities in this market. But in the long term vision it had better to pay attention to other markets with great potential like Japan, Singapore and some other countries in the region. Mr. Nguyen Ba Cuong also share some contents related to attract investment in high-tech agriculture and noted that the province should consider calling attracting investment in this field.

By the end of the meeting, the delegation has visited and learns the information on business production situation of some FDI enterprises in Khai Quang the industrial park of Vinh Yen city.
