Signing agreement to be twinned betweenVinh Phuc province and Chungcheongbuk (South Korea)

The Minutes of the twinning agreement between Chungcheongbuk, Korea with Vinh Phuc province affirmed that the relations of solidarity and friendship and cooperation between Chungcheongbuk and Vinh Phuc province reinforced and strengthened in a comprehensive manner in many years ago. In the future, both two provinces continue to promote, implement a comprehensive victory in all field of cooperation, especially in fields of trade, agriculture, services, tourism, education, health care. The memorandum has accessed also specifically to the process, the steps of the cooperataion in each sector. ..

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr.Phung Quang Hung Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee emphasized the meaning and necessity of elevating friendly cooperation between the two provinces. At the same time, over 5 years of implementing of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation friendship and comprehensive between Chungcheongbuk and Vinh Phuc province, training exchanges activities, and cultural exchanges between the two provinces is strengthened. Chungcheongbuk have practical support for Vinh Phuc such as farming tools donated machines; signed cooperation between villages Ong of Quang Son Commune, District Song Lo to the village of Ong of  Commune Chungju;  Presenting Jahwa electronics company to invest effective in Vinh Phuc … Mr. Phung Quang Hung Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee said that , Vinh Phuc always welcome and will create the most favorable conditions for businesses from Chungcheongbuk  province in particular and  from Korea in general to invest and operate effectively in Vinh Phuc province .

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee desired to enhance diplomatic activities, regularly organizes discussions to enhance mutual understanding and trust and facilitate political environment for the development of multi-faceted cooperation between the two provinces in the coming time.

Mr. Jong Lee Si, Governor of Chungcheongbuk Province expressed deep gratitude to the leaders of Vinh Phuc province for hospitality, esteemed welcome thoughtful for delegation. At the same time, the signing of this agreement will create new steps, and being the solid foundation for friendship and cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, industry, culture … in the future.

After the signing ceremony, representative of Chungcheongbuk province handover grain dryer’s machine for Mai Nham’s hatchery and visit Jahwa Vina Company, visit Ha Tien Temple.
