In the recent years, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry has policies towards the location in order to support local economic development, enterprise, and administrative procedures reforms and attract investment … To promote this works with Vinh Phuc province, VCCI and the Provincial People’s Committee has signed a cooperation agreement in period of 2013-2015.

With the motto “The enterprise invested in Vinh Phuc, is the Vinh Phuc’s citizen, the Business success is the successful of the province” for many years Vinh Phuc become a “destination” of several leading investors in Vietnam such as: Toyota, Honda, Canon (Japan), Piaggio (Italy), Daewoo, Samsung (Korea)…

Mr. Phung Quang Hung – Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee said that a special breakthrough in the reform of administrative procedures in the field of investment is that Vinh Phuc Investment Promotion Agency was established on August 8, 2012 by Provincial People’s Committee. It is the commitment of the province to always support and help businesses.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Hanh – Deputy of Provincial People’s Committee Office, Director of Vinh Phuc Investment Promotion Agency said; to attract investment, the province has policy to resolve the administrative procedure on investment under one stop service mechanism, communicating by English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese. “Investors can contact only with Vinh Phuc Investment Promotion Agency to apply the profile and receive the results resolving the administrative procedure on investment with the shortest time reduced from one third to half compared to the general regulation of the state – Mr. Hanh said.

In fact, Vinh Phuc are high appropriated by investors not only the favorable geographical location, but also the convenient transportation, and the clearance of the provincial investment policies.

Mr. Phung Quang Hung – Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee said, in addition to the general policy of the State, the province invested building essential infrastructure: roads, water and power supply system, communications, to barriers of industrial Parks. Land rent price is applied at the lowest level in the framework of state regulations. In addition to the province has supported training monetary and consultancy costs for project documentation from VND 20 million to VND 200 million depending on the scale of each project.

To ensure economic growth in the new period, Vinh Phuc is stepping up calls for investment attraction, which focuses on three main areas:

Firstly, industrial development (industrial engineering manufacturing, assembling cars, motorcycles and support the manufacturing industry, automobile assembly, motor electronics, telecommunications and industrial electronics industry support, information technology, telecommunications …).

Secondly, tourism development (finance services, banking, and insurance; logistics services, tourism, education and training…)

Thirdly, socio – economic infrastructure development (construction investment, infrastructure for business and industrial parks; production and distribution clean water, urban drainage systems, waste water treatment, industrial waste treatment, waste …).
