Mr. Le Duy Thanh directing remove difficulties and obstacles for Japanese enterprises

In the opening speech, Vice Chairman Le Duy Thanh confirmed the great contribution of enterprise community for the socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc Province, which especially included Japanese investors. Although Vinh Phuc had made great efforts to improve investment environment and create favorable conditions for enterprises engaged in production and business, the efforts to removing business difficulties and obstacles had not yet met the requirement of enterprises in recent times. Thus, in the outspoken spirit, PPC expected the attended enterprises provide all information on difficulties and obstacles arising in the course of investment, business and production and on the negative attitudes of the officials of State authorities, make recommendation and put forward proposals to improve Vinh Phuc’s investment environment.

At the conference, a number of Japanese enterprises openly presented their difficulties and suggested some solutions to enhance the attractiveness of Vinh Phuc investment environment. The mentioned difficulties are referred to administrative procedures, tax policies and investment incentives, the application of social insurance and labor policies according to newly-promulgated laws and a number of essential services for production and business.

In the extent of their functions and duties, the representatives of departments directly, satisfactorily responded to many questions of the enterprises. The remaining questions not under the jurisdiction of Vinh Phuc were aggregated and consulted with related Ministries by IPA Vinh Phuc for early reply.

Also at the conference, Mr. Trong Khang Street – Vice Chairman of Vinh Phuc Business Association said that the recommendations and proposals of the enterprise were not new, but had been not yet solved thoroughly. He asked the PPC to drastically direct the departments, agencies and local authorities to promptly solve the problems of the enterprises.

Ending the conference, Vice Chairman Le Duy Thanh affirmed that Vinh Phuc would issue a written direction to require the relevant authorities to respond unanswered questions. Also, he assigned IPA Vinh Phuc to regularly inquire and colligate all the problems of enterprises as well as to remind and urge the authorities which do not promtly, inadequately cooperate to solve the problems of enterprises. The Business Association was assigned to continue receiving all feedback of the enterprises and proposing to PPC the solution for difficulties and problems of the enterprises; accompanying with the enterprise; and considering the enterprises as the citizens of Vinh Phuc. The leaders of PPC would hold the weekly, monthly, quarterly dialogue meetings in variety of forms to promptly collect information and to direct to thoroughly resolve difficulties for enterprises, promoting production and business development./.
