Information on Investment Promotion Seminar in Hiroshima, Japan

This meeting shows a close collaboration between Vinh Phuc government with the Hiroshima government, especially among BTD Japan Consulting Company in Vietnam, Hiroshima Industrial Promotion Oganization, Hiroshima Bank, Hiroshima – Vietnam Peace and Friendship Association and Vinh Phuc Investment Promotion Agency. The enterprises invited to the seminar mainly operate in manufacture of automobile and motorcycle parts, electronic – information technology – telecommunication components which are conformable to the investment attration direction of Vinh Phuc province.

In the seminar, LTD Japan Consulting Company introduced the investment climate of Vietnam; the Vice Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee, Mr. Ha Hoa Binh presented an overview of Vinh Phuc’s economy and society;  the Director of Investment Promotion Agency provided further information on investment climate and investment attraction policies of Vinh Phuc province. A spotlight in the seminar is a speech of the presentative of Honda Vietnam Co., Ltd, Mr. Ykitaka Okanoya – Purchase Excutive Offier in which he shared the experiences and success of Honda Vietnam Group during over 18 years of investment in Vinh Phuc province and investment opportunities in supporting industry of automobile and motorcycle manufactures in Vietnam as well as in Vinh Phuc province.

The seminar attracted 50 interested enterprises. Thanks to the seminar, these enterprises have the opportunity for more information about investment climate and opportunities in Vietnam in general and Vinh Phuc province in particular. Many enterprises expressed their wish to visit Vietnam and to seek investment opportunities in Vinh Phuc province. The Head of Vinh Phuc Delegation – Mr. Ha Hoa Binh welcomed and extended an invitation to the enterprises to come over to Vinh Phuc province at the earliest convenience. He pledged that Vinh Phuc government always created the most favorable conditions so that all projects could be implemented effectively. This is the fourth seminar on the investment promotion program in Japan of Vinh Phuc’s government during this trip.

Vinh Phuc Delegation visited and worked with Toyota Hiroshima Trading Co. (Japan)

Prior to that, on 25 April 2013, Vinh Phuc Delegation visited Hiroshima Toyota Motor Co., Ltd in Japan. The Delegation was welcomed warmly by its leaders and employees. The Company was established on 17 August 1936 and has been extended with 529 employees working at 21 branches in Japan until now. In Vietnam, the Company has set up 02 subsidiaries providing support to Toyota Group in Ho Chi Minh City and Vinh Phuc province. Its project located in Quat Luu commune, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province which came into operation since November 2012 has contributed to promoting this kind of supporting service in the province. At the meeting and before the numerous of leaders and employees of the Company, Mr. Ha Hoa Binh highly appreciated the Company’s success, remarkably success of its project in Vinh Phuc province. He also pledged that Vinh Phuc government would stand by them during its developmental stages.

On the same date of 25 April 2013, the Delegation visited and worked with Hiroshima government with warmly welcome of Deputy Mayor – Mr. Yoshiaki Nakashita. The Delegation also met with Masao Hayashi – the Chairman of Hiroshima Council at the headquarters of Hiroshima Prefectural Council and proposed him to facilitate Hiroshima enterprises to invest in Vinh Phuc.

Deputy Mayor and Chairman of Hiroshima Council humbly accepted the invitation of Mr. Ha Hoa Binh, Deputy Chairman of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee to visit Vinh Phuc province. /.
