Investment Promotion Delegation of Vinh Phuc Province to Russian Federation

The Delegation was respectfully welcomed by Mr. Bui Xuan Hoa – Vice Chairman of the Vietnamese Enterprises ‘Association in Russia, Mr. Nguyen Canh Son – Chairman of the INCENTRA JSC Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh – Deputy General Director of INCENTRA JSC.

At the meeting, Chairman Phung Quang Hung firstly introduced an outline of Vinh Phuc socio-economic status, its favorable factors in the development of industry, services and other sectors calling for investment. Secondly, he recommended that Vietnamese Enterprises ‘Association in Russia should actively support to promote Vinh Phuc’s investment environment and be a bridge for Russian enterprises to learn the possibility of investing to Vinh Phuc. Vinh Phuc Province is currently formulate an agricultural restructuring scheme in which large-scale pig farms shall be fostered. In response, Mr. Nguyen Canh Son warmly welcomed the delegation, expressed his thank to Vinh Phuc’s government for their regard to the enterprises/investors in Russia for whom Vinh Phuc have created favorable conditions in the course of investment in Vinh Phuc so far, such as: Eurowindow Factory, Me Linh Plaza (Me Linh District). Following, he was proud to introduce one of his company’s projects: the Hanoi-Moscow Cultural, Trading and Hotel Center (Multifunction) which has just inaugurated and put into operation with an investment amount of US$ 239.5 million.

Thanks to many representative offices, galleries, exhibits in this center, it is very convenient for Vietnamese enterprises in Russia and Russian enterprises to exchange information. Base upon a long relationship with Vinh Phuc Province, his company promises to create favorable conditions to promote Vinh Phuc’s investment climate to any enterprises in Russian and assist Vietnamese enterprises to penetrating the Russian market.

Mr. Bui Xuan Hoa – Vice Chairman of the Vietnamese Enterprises ‘Association also warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed his thank to Vinh Phuc’s government. Recently, the economic and political relationship between Russia and Vietnam has been in favorable development, creating greater opportunities for trade and investment cooperation. Meanwhile, amid strained relations with the US and the EU, Russia has huge demand for food and agricultural products imported from Asian countries and labor in agricultural sector. The association commits to coordinate closely with the Vinh Phuc’s government to promote, connect, support and create conditions for Vinh Phuc’s labor entering to and working in agricultural sector in Russia; to give supports and advices to enterprises in the implementation of the procedures in trade relations (customs, logistics …) with the Russia. /.
