Hanoi – Moscow Centre for Culture, Trade and Hotel– Typical investment project of Vietnamese Businesses in Russian Federation
On the afternoon of September 16th, 2013, Vinh Phuc’s investment promotion delegation led by Mr. Pham Van Vong – Member of the Central Committee of Communist Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council and the trade promotion delegation of Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade visited and worked at Hanoi – Moscow Centre for Culture, Trade and Hotel (INCENTRA).
Mr. Nguyen Canh Son – Chairman of Management Board, Mr. Le Truong Son – General Director of INCENTRA Joint Stock Company and the company’s managerial staff warmly welcomed the delegation, also presented the process of making and implementing the project.
Hanoi – Moscow Centre for Culture, Trade and Hotel is financed by INCENTRA Joint Stock Company (INCENTRA Jsc.) with the investment capital of USD224 million, which is built at Km 94, MKAD Beltway, near Yarlosvasky Avenue, Moscow city, Russian Federation. INCENTRA is a complex with two major zones namely Trade – Exhibition Zone and Apartment – Hotel Zone. The construction of the Centre was begun in May 10th, 2010. After building work has been basically completed within 3 years, as expected to November, 2013, the Centre shall be inaugurated the same day that “Hanoi’s cultural days in Moscow” is organized. INCENTRA is the solution to urgent needs of Vietnam community in Russian Federation, also is to enhance the traditional cooperation in areas namely economy, culture, tourism, sport, etc and provide favorable conditions for Hanoi – Moscow’s people in particular and Vietnamese – Russian in general to work, study and live in two countries.
EUROWINDOW HOLDING Joint Stock Company is the main shareholder of the project. The company had 02 investment projects namely Me Linh Plaza Trade Centre and European Window Manufacturing Plant in Quang Minh commune, Me Linh district (previously belonging to Vinh Phuc province).
Speaking at the working session, Mr. Pham Van Vong congratulated the company on investing in a typical project, which is the pride of Vietnamese in Russia. He hoped the company to consider projects in production and service fields such as hotel, restaurant, leisure centre, etc to make investments into Vinh Phuc.
After the working session, Vinh Phuc province’s investment promotion delegation and Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade’s trade promotion delegation took part in exchanges and meeting with Vietnamese Business Association in Russian Federation. The Association includes about 50 firms in various areas such as food processing, drug, trade, finance, real estate, hotel, restaurant services, etc. In recent years, the Association has made a strong transfer from trade to multi-field operation, focused on hotel, real estate, finance in which numerous Vietnamese businesses have performed successfully.
