Industrial Zone Management Board

Resolved time and procedure

Total time (working days) does not exceed 09 working days in case of non-consulting related authorities. Details are as follows:

a. IPA receives application files, check their validity in compliance with the law and later transfer them to Industrial Zone Management Board or settlement within 01 working day.

b. Industrial Zone Management Board shall receive and appraise the transferred application files; later, prepare and send a report on appraisal to the Provincial People's Committee Office to decide on enterprise support within 03 working days.

c. The Provincial People's Committee Office shall consider the report on appraisal and issue Decision on Enterprise Support within 02 working days.

d. IPA shall delivery all assistance to the Investors within 03 working days.

* In case of being necessary to consult related authorities, total time shall not exceed 12 days in which 3-4 days are to consult related authorities.

Elements

1. Written request of support, which clearly indicates the results and progress of project implementation at the time of this request and the support amount should be granted;

2. Copy of Investment Certificate, decision on land-use change and land lease or factory lease agreement;

3. Copy of contracts, bills, invoices, receipts relating to the enterprise’s expenses as specified in Article 3, Article 4 and Article 5 of Regulation on support to enterprises investing in the project for manufacturing supporting industry products in the industrial zones of Vinh Phuc province (Enclosed with the Decision No. 47/2012/QD-UBND dated 14 November 2012 of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee)

4. List of products;

5. Copy of supply product contract for secondary manufacturing enterprise; copy of payment invoices and/or contract completion certificate (if any).
