In the past years, Vietnam Honda Company in Vinh Phuc has developed successfully, even as the economy has been declined (especially in 2012). Honda Vietnam could make it not only by our own effort but also by the support from Vinh Phuc Province. Vinh Phuc Province is located closed to Noi Bai International Airport, Hai Phong Port and Hanoi Capital, thus it is very suitable and convenient to supply human resource for our company as well as facilities for foreign experts like us to live and work here. We decided to choose Vinh Phuc as a investment location – a province adjacent to Hanoi capital because of the reason as following: Hanoi is one of the largest markets share of Honda Vietnam (the other market is the South region with Ho Chi Minh City as centre), and Hanoi is also the leading strategy for development in our company’s development plan.

The special thing is that we have received several supports from Vinh Phuc Province, not just in the recent time but from the beginning until now we always receive such supports. A typical example is that after completing building factory we built dormitories for employees, the Vinh Phuc People’s Committee had built a road and an overpass to connect the company to the dormitory, which was very convenient for our employees.
