PROJECT FUTURE LAND ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX

1.   Location: Dong Tam and Thanh Tru Commune, Vinh Yen City; and Dong Cuong Commune, Yen Lac District, near Dam Vac Lake (200ha).

2.   Present condition: agricultural land.

3.   Project goals and scale:

Project goals: Future Land International entertainment and tourism complex is the destination for domestic and foreign tourists. The complex is the highlight for tourism and entertainment in Vinh Phuc Province to tourists and investors.

Scale:

– Theme park: 30 ha

– Water park: 10 ha

– Zoological park: 15 ha

– Shopping mall: 40 ha

– 4-5 stars hotels: 5 ha

– Public parking: 10 ha

– Residential area: 100 ha

– Transportation and public facilities: 17 hafuture 1

4.   Total estimated capital: about US $160 million.

5.   Authorized State Agencies: Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee.

6.   Status:

– Approved by the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee.

– Ideas proposed by Song Hong Thu Do Trading JSC.

7.   Plan and Progress:

– From 2014 – 2015: Investment Preparations.

– From 2016 – 2025: Construction and Operation.

8.   Forms of investment: joint venture or 100% foreign capital.future 3

9.   Preferred policies:

Due to the complication of the project, each item will be guided carefully by specialized agencies on preferred policies.

Investors enjoy incentive policies in Law on import tax and export tax for imported equipment using in construction.

10.   Provincial commitment:

Regarding site clearance: specialized agency helps investors to acquire land in the soonest time;

Technical infrastructure: building technical infrastructure to the boundary of the Project;

Labour: helps investors to recruit suitable labour force.

Procedures: processing by one-stop service mechanism; highest priority to support investors during the implementation of the project.

11.   Implementation process:

1. Investors submit Project proposal documentation to Vinh Phuc Investment Promotion Agency for inspection and approval of the PPC;

2. Prepare Project profile and apply for the issuance of Certificate of Investment.

3. The PPC hands over the investors with clear site;

4. After that the investors sign land lease contract and receive certificate of land use rights;

5. The investors now can start the Project.
